lateral/medial segment - lie on back quater turned to left with pillow under right side from shoulder to hip. foot of bed should be raised
posterior lobe clearing
apical - prone, pillow under hips and head to side
anterior basal segments - flat on back pillow under bum and knees bent
posterior basal segments - prone head turned to one side and pillow under hips
