Ergonomics definition
Scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, and the profession that applies theory, principles, data and methods to design in order to optimise human well-being and overall system performance
Human factors definition
how humans behave physically and psychologically in relation to particular environments, products, or services.
Non-technical skills definition
human factors associated with effective team-working
interpersonal/social and cognitive skills that underpin effective teamwork
