A

Evaporation - the sun heats water liquid which turns into gas called water vapour

Condensation - the water vapour cools in the sky and turns back into water liquid

Difference between weather and climate

A

The difference: is a measure of time.

Weather is the condition of the atmosphere over a short period of time in a place.

Climate is how the atmosphere behaves over a longer period of time.

Water surplus areas

A

Where supply exceeds demand and these are known as water surplus areas.

There is excess (too much) water available.

Eg. If some areas experience high levels of rainfall but have a low population density (a measurement of population by unit area)
