Lateral leg, dorsum of foot, web of foot (deep peroneal nerve)
What muscle does L5 give motor innervation to?
Extensor hallucis longus
What is the S1 DTR?
Achilles
What is the S1 dermatome?
Lateral foot and plantar surface of the foot
What muscle does S1 give motor innervation to?
Peroneus longus and brevis
What is the C5 DTR?
Biceps brachii
What is the C5 dermatome?
Lateral arm, deltoid tuberosity (axillary nerve)
What muscle does C5 give motor innervation to?
Deltoids
What is the C6 DTR?
Brachioradialis
What is the C6 dermatome?
Lateral forearm and lateral hand, web of hand (radial nerve)

Biceps brachii, wrist extensors

Triceps brachii

Midline of the hand

Triceps, wrist flexors, finger extensors

Medial forearm and medial hand

Finger flexors, interossei (mixed with T1)

Medial forearm and arm
