• Helps to provide more insights with open-ended questioning
• Can be adapted for cultural sensitivity
• Avoids group think
Disadvantage of Qualitative data?
• Interpretation is subjective (Sarstedt & Mooi, 2014)
• Costly
• Time-consuming to collect
