What is a good nutrition?
- An acquit well balanced diet combed with regular physical activity.
What is poor nutrition
- Can lead to reduced immunity, increased risk to disease, impaired physical and mental development

- Vitamins
Nutrients Purpose
- Forming body structures ( blood and bone)
- Providing energy
- Helping regulate the body’s biochemical reactions
