Ego

A

-At the tip of the iceberg there’s the ego, which deals with the aspect of our personality that is governed by reality.
-the ego works according to the reality principle where it seeks to strike a deal between two parts of your mind: id and superego (Ciccarelli et al., 2013). E.g. You, caught in the middle.
