Obsequious
Characterized by showing servile obedience and excessive eagerness to please; fawning, ingratiating

To express one’s opinion in a pompous and dogmatic way, presenting opinion as fact.
Humanitarian
Someone who has concern for or the will to help someone/a group of people, typically promoting human rights and helping minorities
Plausible
Having an appearance of truth or reason, being seemingly worthy of approval or acceptance; credible or believable
