it fails short in issue transparency as well as the ability to effectively inform publics. No risk comms can also lead to public skepticism and uncertainty

refers to the evaluation and analysis of various risks or hazords by individuals or organizations with specialized knowledge and expertise in a particular field

The perception and understadning of risks or hazards by the general public or various stakeholders who may be affected by those risks. Public assess,emt involves how individuals, communities, and interest groups perceive and evaluate the potential dangers associated with specific activities, substances or technologies.
