: to accustom to accept something undesirable
Ex: children inured to violence
Feckless
: WORTHLESS, IRRESPONSIBLE
Ex: à feckless maneuver that could only serve to strengthen the enemy
Quandary
a state of perplexity or doubt
Ex: The unexpected results of the test have created a quandary for researchers.
