  1. focus on price only -> move away
  2. different expectations lead to lack of trust -> understand other sides perspective and how both can draw benefit
  3. different information -> enlarge the agenda
    -> don’t draw out differences, see them as opportunities as they allow for concessions that might not cost a lot
    -> avoid revealing information about own RP
