Discuss adhesive capsulitis

Answer 1

This is a fibrous contraction of rotator and coracohumeral ligamanet which causes restricted movement especially external rotation and abduction

Sonographcally we cannot see adhesive capsulitis but triad of:
1. Excess fluid in bicep sheath
2. Painful and restricted rotation
3. Restricted abduction with blocking of the supraspinatus
