What is IP Compliance?
The IP Code, International Protection Marking, sometimes interpreted as Ingress Protection Marking, classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against intrusion (body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures.
After a problem is identified, what is the next step for the troubleshooter?
Establish a theory of probable causes.
Identify this slot.

What is a port replicator?
Is an attachment for a notebook computer that allows a number of devices such as a printer, large monitor, and keyboard to be simultaneously connected.
Name three common power supply issues in laptops.
***Not holding charge
***Leaking
***Overheating
Additional information is below:
***Check the power LED:
Check the power light on the AC adapter, if this if off the laptop won’t get power and battery won’t charge.
***Check Connections: Verify that the laptop is firmly connected to the AC adapter and that the AC adapter is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
***Make sure you are using the right power adapter.
***Check the battery and voltage: Make sure battery is fully inserted into battery compartment. Lastly, test the batteries voltage - They have a shelf life and can only be recharged for so many cycles before failure.

More specifically ExpressCard/34 &ExpressCard/54 (mm)
What is an internetwork?
A collection of individual networks, connected by intermediate networking devices, that functions as a single large network.
An employee mentions that opening a large document file is taking longer than usual. The desktop support technician suspects that there might be a fault in the hard disk. What should the technician do next?
Back up the user data from the workstation. Always perform a backup before beginning any troubleshooting.
PAN stands for? What is it exactly?
Personal Area Network - A smaller computer network used for communication by small computing devices.
What is tethering?
Tethering is when you share the Internet connection from your phone with other devices.
