Lower cervical (flexion/extension)
Sub occipital muscles = (tight/weak)
Deep neck flexors= (tight/weak)
Upper trap, levator = (tight/weak)
Anterior chest (pectoralis)= (tight/weak)
Scapular retractors (rhomboid,m trap)= (tight/weak)
extension; flexion; tight; weak; tight; tight; weak
Suboccipital muscles get tight
Scapular retractors - lengthened and weak
