What is genu varum?
Valgum: also known as knock knees, is when their knees touch while their ankles are apart.
Varum: bow legs. In this case, the ankles touch while the knees are separated.
What is the normal ROM of knee flexion and extension?
135 degrees of knee flexion & 0-5 degrees of knee extension

Squat/sit-stand

Acceleration/deceleration
Jump/hop
Lunge/Step up
