- ober: tightness to IT band
- trendelenburg: weakness to medial glut
- thomas: tightness to hip flexors
- fabere: tightness to hip flexors
- straight leg: disk herniation

How does glut medius cause sciatica?
A
compression of nerve occurs in IV foramen, before dorsal root ganglia, so only motor is affected
