It requires good communication to create a sense of teamwork and effective communication

There must be a continual feedback loop with the customer. Adaptation of the process to fit the project
What does the value of courage in XP mean?
That individuals must be courageous enough to:
Speak the truth
Discard failing solutions
Give concrete answers
What does the value of respect in XP mean?
Respect between developers and customers
What is the backlog in Scrum?
Everything that is needed for the project, as an ordered list of requirements.
