What is Quality Improvement?
“Improvement science is about finding out how to improve and make changes in the most effective way, it is about systematically examining the methods and factors that best work to facilitate quality improvement.” - (The Health Foundation, 2011)

-Appreciation for a system

These all interlink and work alongside each other to build up quality improvement

-Record and get baseline data - develop an aim
