NO. Can transmit virus.
What is an inactivated vaccine?
kiled vaccine. pt can’t get sick from it but does anyway.

LIVE, now its not.
What is a toxoid vaccine
Tetanus (its an injectible bacterial toxine vaccine)
Active immunity is?
pt is injected and body forms its own auto immunity.
Passive immunity``
body is not making antibodies and so its injected with ‘venom that has its own antibodies; also when a baby is born-antibodies pass from mom to child.

Passiove aimmunity
antibodies are transferred..pts that are imunocomproimised that can’t make their own antibodies .
Hep B Vaccine job is to
protect us from Hep B virus.
what does a titer do?
checks to see how much of something specific like hep b vaccine u have in your system and will it block hep b….etc…it sees if your immune
Immunostimulants?
interferons and interlukenat…help to boost pts immune system
