A
Units of measurement that aren’t the same size, e.g. Hands, feet, paces

A
Units of measurement that are the same size, but aren’t formal eg. popsticks, paperclips, measuring cubes.

What is Formal/Standard?
A
most commonly used and accurate units of measuring e.g. cm, mm, m, km.

- Measuring objects around room, using different units
- Tallest vs Shortest
- Finding objects that match the length of a piece of string.

- Using protractors to find missing angles.
