Extent of works, detail and design
Level of risk the employer wishes to pass on / keep
Form of payment - instalments, lump sum

What is the role of the Contract Administrator ?

to certify and give an assessment or decision; prepare contract documents for execution, administer change control procedures; consider claims; issue interim certificates; collate schedules of defects.

If they issue an instructor, the contractor must adhere to it.

Grounds for Extension of Time ?

Answer 4

If a relevant event occurs - i.e. poor weather, then the contractor is entitled to an extension of time. If they incur a direct loss, they are entitled to a payment/expense.
