Key Symptoms: HA, dizzy, tinnitus, blurred vision, sensation of heat rushing to head, insomnia with dream distrubed sleep
Severe: numbness, twitching, spasms in extremities, hemiplegia

Indication: Blood Deficiency leading to Wind
Function: Nourish Yin, tonify blood, soften liver, extinguish wind
Key Symptoms: Rigid extremities, muscle spasms and twitches in extremities, dry mouth, parched lips, dizzy/vertigo
