It is governed by the Constitution, by-laws, policies, and procedures.

The President and Chief Officer of the sorority. The main responsibility is to establish programatic thrust.
What are the responsibilities of the National Executive Board?
To oversee the implementation of the policies established. To oversee the operation and budget. Acts on issues.
What is the main responsibility of the National Trustees?
To oversee the upkeep of the properties.

ZPB is tax exempt under Section 501(c)7 of the Internal Revenue Code.

All positions are elected EXCEPT for the Regional Directors, who are appointed by the Grand Basileus.

They are appointed by the Grand Basileus for chapters in her region. establish new chapters, and assist in implementing programs in her area.

To assist the Regional Director in implementing programs, establish new chapters, and monitoring chapter activities and affairs within their designated state.
