What are the most common pathogens and antibiotics for secondary bacterial bronchitis to underlying viral bronchitis?
H. influenzae - amoxicillin
M. catarrhalis - augmentin
M. pneumoniae - macrolides or doxycycline, quinolones only if resistant to others
