It has the ability to absorb and retain moisture

What are styling products?
For example?
Used to assist with the drying process

What are finishing products?
For example?
Those used after styling to hold the style
Hairspray, wax and oil sprays
How do styling products prolong the life of a style?
Condition and moisturise
Provide stiffness required for some styles
Increase manageability

What is the brick method using rollers?
It is used so you don’t get roller marks in the hair
What is the directional method using rollers?
Used to take the clients hair in the direction they would normally wear e.g. sweeping to one side

Produce different movements or textures in the hair
