would the bees endure the pain to get the food

the nicer the food the more likely the bee is to take the pain from the heated feeder compared to the unheated feeder. SHows bee consciousness

• Self awareness , such as mirrors and an example is putting a mark on the face of a chimp and seeing if they can notice that it is their wn face. by looking at the mirror
• Metacognition - we also see this in chimps also with bees as they opt of and show doubt in some of their ability which can show metacognition, but these findings are varied, this can also be exlplained by chunking of data
