Cryptorchidism
undescended testes
Cystitis
inflammation of the urinary bladder
Epispadias
a congenital defect in which urethra opens on the dorsal (upper) side of the penis instead of at the tip
Hernia
a weak spot in abdominal muscle wall (usually in area of inguinal canal or femoral canal) through which a loop of bowel may protrude
Hydrocele
cystic fluid in tunica vaginalis surrounding testes
Hypospadias
a congenital defect in which urethra opens on the ventral (under) side of penis rather than at the tip
Orchitis
acute inflammation of testis, usually associated with mumps
Paraphimosis
the foreskin is retracted and fixed behind the glans penis
Phimosis
the foreskin is advanced and tightly fixed over the glans penis
Priapism
prolonged, painful erection of penis without sexual desire
Torsion
the sudden twisting of spermatic cord; a surgical emergency!
Varicoele
dilated tortuous varicose veins in the spermatic cord
