Serous membrane that lines the abdominopelvic cavity and the exterior of abdominopelvic organs
What is mesentery
Double sheet of peritoneum - helps suspend visceral organ
What is Omenta
Another fold of peritoneum
Greater omentum - descends from greater curv of stomach - double layer
Lesser - attaches to liver - double fold
Describe the superior mesenteric artery
Midgut is supplied

* Jejunum, ileum, caecum, appendix, ascending colon and proximal 2/3rds of transverse colon
