Data Gathering
There are many ways to collect data. Some examples are:
• surveys
• interview
• observations
• experiments

• Multiple Choice
• Checkboxes
• Drop-down
• Linear Scale

• Tick box grid

This allow respondents to write a short answer, i.e, names, email address, home address.
Short Answer
This allow respondents to write longer answer, i.e, opinions, feedbacks, comments.
Paragraph
This allow respondents to choose among limited options. They are also allowed to only choose 1 among the choices.
Multiple Choice
This allow respondents to choose 1 or more answers among the given options
Checkboxes
Same as multiple choice, except that the respondents will see the options once they click the field.
Drop-down
This collect information on a numerical scale. It must start with either a 0 or a 1, and can go up
to 10.
Linear Scale
Same with linear scale but joined statements together, good for measuring a variable with different subfactor.
Multiple-Choice Grid
Like multiple-choice grid, but can choose 1or more answers per row.
Tick box grid
This allows the respondents to answer dates and time.
