the sense of connection from an earlier to a later timepoint. Can be sensed in a sound, or series of sounds (this includes silences)

A process that creates uninterruptedsound
What is a way to create continuity?
Sustaining is one way to create continuity
What is an accent?
marks time, calling attention to moments that are past
Dynamic accent
stress at the onset of a sound that is clearly louder than the preceding sound
