Often used simultaneously with pistil; technically is consists of a single ovary, style and stigma.

Organelle in which photosynthesis takes place
Eukaryote
Organisms which have cells with a nucleus
Biennial
Plant that lives entire life cycle in two years, reproducing in the second year.
Gymnosperms
Plants that reproduce with seeds but do not have flowers
Calvin Cycle
Second phase of photosynthesis, chemical reaction that fixes carbons into sugars
Cotyledon
Seed leaf; the first leaves emerging from the seed.
