A

In this diffuse mode of thinking, you can look at things broadly from a very different,

When first you use focused mode to think about a problem then use tech Diffuse mode to use all chunks stored in long memory to come up with a new creative idea.

Use focused mode , then diffuse mode. Give the idea, problem to settle in your brain for a day or 2 so the brain make strong connection around that idea.

  • Use all you senses [ Vision and space has a big area in the brain ]
  • Try to make a vivid revoking picture [ Flying donkey ], try to smell, feel ..etc.
  • Say it out loud

  • Associate numbers with date or numbers you remember [ birth dates, special year like 1969]

A

The memory that handles what you’re immediately and consciously processing in your mind.
1- Is like a bad RAM, you have to repeat the info in order to stick 2- You can handle 4 things. 3- Has access to Long Term Memory. 4- You have to repeat in order to move info to long term memory.
