A

-Acknowledge: Patient by name and anyone else in room. Ask name pref.
-Introduce: self
-Duration: Timeline estimation of how long the process should take
-Explanation: step by step
-Thank you: Thank and ask if there is anything they need. If family, acknowledge their support
