- Retail clients: more proactive than reactive, more flexible on rates and overall approach, less structured
- MSP clients: Must go through the 3rd party company that is managing requisitions, utilize a VMS system to manage all aspects of hiring as well as contractor time and expense entry. More reactive and structured - jobs will be sent automatically to vendors on the program
