- Cookies are small files that provide personalisation within a website and tracking of behaviour and activities on websites such as maintaing login information on various sites and shopping cart information.

What is a browser extension or add on? What would be an example?
- Are software applicaitons the can be installed on the browser.
- Anything from cyber security tools, password managers, ad blockers, productivity tools, developer tools, customisation tools, ad blockers.
What is a Bookmark on a browser?
Is a way of storing and keeping track of frequently visited websites that can be accessed.
What is the difference between profiles within a browser?
Profiles enable particular configurations of security settings, cache settings, bookmarks, extensions and other browsing environments.
Within browser settings what is password manager?Default Search Engine? Apperance? Accessibility?
- Password manager is a way of keeping track of login credentials for each website and online services.
- Default search engine is using a particular search service within a searchbox.
- Apperance is customising the way a browser looks according to a user preference or needs.
- Accessibility are features that makes sites usable by everyone incluiding people with disabilities.
