A

A syndicate is a group of people coming together to own a horse. The ownership is set up and managed by a syndicator. Comprised of a large number of people who do not have sole ownership.

A

A racing club is a group of people coming together to experience racehorse ownership. The club manager is responsible for the racing club but the members do not own the racehorse. Members pay a subscription in order to benefit from some perks of racehorse ownership.
