Define SOLE OWNERSHIP
Sole ownership is for people who want to own a horse outright.
Define COMPANY OWNERSHIP
Company ownership is for organisations wishing to own a horse under the name of a company or business.
Define PARTNERSHIP OWNERSHIP
Partnerships are for two or more registered owners that wish to own a horse together. Likely to be family/friends.
Define a SYNDICATE
A syndicate is a group of people coming together to own a horse. The ownership is set up and managed by a syndicator. Comprised of a large number of people who do not have sole ownership.
Define a RACING CLUB
A racing club is a group of people coming together to experience racehorse ownership. The club manager is responsible for the racing club but the members do not own the racehorse. Members pay a subscription in order to benefit from some perks of racehorse ownership.
