Atmospheric pressure

flow that transfers heat within fluid

a large rotating storm with high speed winds that forms over warm waters in tropical areas
Coriolis effect
how a moving object seems to move suddenly toward the right in the Northern hemisphere and left in the Southern hemisphere
air pressure
the force applied onto a surface by the weight of the air
moisture
a small amount of liquid that makes something wet or moist
water cycle
continuous process by which the water is circulated throughout the earth (evaporation, condensation, precipitation)
precipitation
rain, snow, sleet, or hail — any kind of weather condition where something’s falling from the sky.
watershed
an area or ridge of land that separates waters flowing into different rivers, basins, or seas.
groundwater
water held underground in the soil or in pores and crevices of the rock
