Definition of a Pistol

Non-Resident CPL
Non-Residents with a valid CPL issued by state of residence may carry concealed pistol in MI and non-residents with a valid CPL NOT issued by their state of residence may NOT carry concealed pistol in MI (may possess but not conceal)
