In a occupational context, motivated by the object of economic gain or occupational success, not direct violence.
- In the particular video, “The men who killed Kennedy: The Guilty Men,” what was so controversial about its airing on the History Channel?
? The supporters of LBJ thought that the reports of this movie were considered as slander. Basically accusing him when he is dead and saying pretty bad stuff about him. Conspiracy to murder. The board said that this movie was not reliable and that they didn’t give two sides to the situation.
How does this video kennedy video, in particular, fit the definition of your textbook of WCC?
WCC
If the facts the video kennedy asserts are true, what does it say about our democratic form of government and election of Presidents?
Terrible. We have no way of knowing if we are really in control. Then the idea of a democratic country goes out the door because we aren’t actually voting anymore.
What parties had much to gain from Kennedy’s assassination and why?
LBJ oil n military industrial complex because of the Vietnam war to keep the supply flowing?
- What differentiates a company like Healthsouth
Healthsouth (They got back on their feet) They had a board. Claimed bankruptcy. Scrushy CEO was fired and they tried to get rid of his existence in the firm. The stopped construction and did what they could to save money.
with accounting scandals and ones like Enron (They got caught and lost everything) They went to a point where they had no chance of getting back on their feet. The decision makers of the company never really tried to stop production but actually went to create more with fake money.
- The culture of a company is simply the sum total of its leadership and its employees. How does this statement accurately describes cases of WCC
This is closely related to the healthsouth company because their leaders were telling the employees the commit accounting fraud and say that they were producing more money then they actually had. This will travel down to the employees and they will think that its ok to do this since their superior is telling them to do it.
- How are federal charges against former New York Assembly Speaker, Sheldon Silver
? Bribes and kickbacks through the power of his office. Because bribery can be seen as bargaining
- How is it that the worst of WCCs have been government crimes? Can you cite three examples that support this view?
Vietnam 504 killed in village, bombing of Hiroshima, invasion of grenada and panama violation of international law

for future international tribunals for permanent international court. And genocide killing. that were established to pursue war criminals and individuals who committed crimes against humanity?
