How are the stages arranged in the waterfall method?
They are arranged in order with each stage feeding into the next.
When does it move onto the next stage?
When the previous stage has been fully completed.
What does each stage end with?
A deliverable or handover document produced to inform the next stage.
Where is it suitable?
Its most suitable for smaller projects where the requirements or the client are clearly understood.
Why may it not be suitable for some projects?
It is very bad at reacting to changing requirements and is not suitable for projects where the requirements may not be fully understood at the start.
What happens if the client is not satisfied with the project?
The project must be restarted from the beginning, previous stages cannot be revisited.
