97.6% is in Oceans & Saline lakes
2.4% remaining is not salty water and of that non- saltine water, 87.2% is in ice and snow (Antarctica glaciers) so, 13% of the 24 fresh water is in liquid form. 12% of 87.2% water is underground and 1% is liquid fresh water.
