What is the water cycle?
The water cycle is a continuous cycle of water.
What is Evaporation?
Is when the sun heats up the water and turns to water vapour and then goes up into the clouds.
What is condensation?
Is when air cools resulting in the water changing from a gas into a liquid.
What is precipitation?
Precipitation is wen the water drops get heavy and can no longer be able to stay in the sky so fall down in any form of water.
What is Interception?
The process of water on leaves or branches of a bush or tree intercepting the rainfall and then evaporating back up.
What is Infiltration?
Water that is soaked into the soil and then is used by pants and stored as ground water.
What is Run-off
When the water cannot soak into the ground, so it has to runoff into lakes, dams or streams.
