Increase CPK, Myopathy, Rhabdomyolysis
AVOID poluvalent cations

HSR including heptotoxicity
Neural tubular defects in fetus
Increase in CPK
Transient increase in SCr
INSTI
Headache, insomnia, diarrhea, weight gain, rare risk of depression and suicidal ideation (except bictegravir)

Psych symptoms (depression, suicidal ideation)
CNS effects (AT BEDTIME DOSING)
Increased TC and TG

DO NOT USE WITH PPI, separate H2RA and antacids

Caution with sulfa allergy
