A
-Over water to warn an approaching vessel
-When a clear line of fire exists
-From a crew served weapon or rifle
-By a personnel certified under training program
-Under tactical direction of a competent authority (ATTWO, TAO, CO)
-When there are no other means available to determine the intent of an approaching craft without increasing the threats to navy and naval vessels or personnel.
