What to do if we encounter wind-shear?
1) Thrust lever Max
2) Follow FD
3) Do not change config until the warning goes away and terrain clearance is assured
4) Configure and reduce thrust
TA PF duties?
1) Hands on thrust and throttles
2) Visually search
TA PM duties?
1) Turns on light and fasten seatbelts
2) Look at TCAS and state aircraft position
RA PF duties
1) Disconnect autopilot and auto throttles
2) Pitch to green rectangle
3) Throttles as required
