High Availability
A
Aims to ensure an agreed level of operational performance. For example, 99.9% availability. However, degraded performance or outage is an acceptable part of HA. This is about minimising any outages.

Fault Tolerance
A
Ability to continue operating properly (without performance loss or degredation) in the event of the failure of some or all of its components. For example, a plane will continue to run using its secondary engine even if one fails. This is about operating through failure.

Disaster Recovery
A
Set of policies, tools and procedures to operate when HA and FT dont work. Enables recovery or continuation of infrastructure.
