What are vowels letters
a,e,i,o,u and sometime y and sometime w.
What two type of sound can a,e,i,o,u make?
can make a short sound or along sound.The short sound of “a” is the sound you hear in “at”
The long sound of “a” is the sound you hear in ate.
What is magic “e”?
an “e” at the end of a word will usually make the first vowel long.
(make it say its name.)
Double “oo” has two sounds what are they?
One is the sound you hear in “moo”.
The other is the sound you hear in “book”.
Double trouble combination sound like?.
"oi" and "oy" "au" and "aw" "ou" and "ow" "oo" and "cw" Say these words: "oil" and "boy" "Paul" and "law" "out" and "now" "moon" and "new"
“I” before “e”
except after “c” or when sounded like “a” as in neighbor or weigh.

It copies “s” when the letter after it is “e” “I” or “y”

after “f” “k” “p” or “t”
When does “y” copies long “e” at the end of a word?
When it’s not the only vowel in the word.
Examples: baby, lacy
The letter “g” usually copies “j” when?
The letter after it is “e” “ i “ or “y”
What are the untouchables

They can not be taken apart.
