Industrialization

Isolationism:

Annex:

Harlem Renaissance
A cultural, social, and artistic explosion that took place in Harlem, New York, during the 1920s, involving a flourishing of African-American culture, particularly in literature, music, and art.
Suffrage
The right to vote in political elections.
Prohibition
The period from 1920 to 1933 in the United States when the production, importation, transportation, and sale of alcoholic beverages were banned.

Compensation imposed during the post-war period upon the defeated parties by the victors, specifically referring to payments made by Germany after World War I.
Genocide
The deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group.
Antisemitism
Hostility to, prejudice, or discrimination against Jews.
