Benign
Harmless, gentle and kind.
Eg. My mother is always benign to me.
Eg. The bicycle is a benign form of transport for the environment.
Dubious
Skeptical, doubtful, hesitating about sth (something).
Eg. I’m not sure if I should choose this outfit, I feel really dubious about it.
Not to be relied upon, suspicious.
Eg. “Try this new drink”, but both the drink and the person looked dubious (suspicious), so I decided I didn’t trust them and didn’t taste the beverage.
Hastily
In a rush, briskly.
Eg. l hastily folded up my school uniform so l could start doing my homework as soon as possible.
Drenched
Soaked. Covered in water
Eg. After exercising, l realised l was drenched in sweat.
Eg. Oh no! I forgot to bring the umbrella! I will be drenched in rain when l get home.
Adorn
Decorate something.
Eg. I adorned myself with jewlery.
Eg. Beautiful painting adorned the famous museum walls.
Heap
A group of things one on top of another; a pile. To put in a heap or supply with a great deal of something.
Eg. I gathered a heap of smelly clothes from the laundry and put them in the washing machine.
Eg. I heaped my big plastic bucket with sand by the seashore at the beach.
Unfurl
To unfold something (eg. boat’s sails, bedsheets, paper, wings, etc) that was previously rolled tightly.
Eg. The big black bat’s wings unfurled and it immediately flew away into the night.
Novice
1) A person who is new to something (work, a place, circumstances in general).
Eg. My family and I just moved to this new apartment, so I am a novice in this place.
2) A person admitted into a religious order for a testing time before committing.
Eg. To become a nun, one spends a period as a novice and then decides whether one wants to commit.

Eg. I still couldn’t comprehend how this mathematical problem is solved.
Malice
Noun - A desire to inflict harm or suffering on somebody.
Derivative words
Malicious (adj), maliciously (adv).
Eg. The attacker committed this evil crime with malice.
Eg. The malice of the teacher led him to send too much homework today.
Unkempt
Adj- Related to personal appearance. Not combed, messy, disheveled, in disarray.
Eg. My father showed up at the first day of work with unkempt hair and unwashed inside out clothes.
Ruse
Noun - a trick, a stratagem to lie to somebody.
Eg. The cheater used a ruse on my friends to copy our homework notes.
Abundant
Adj - A lot. Numerous large quantities
Eg. The big endless sea is abundant in marine animals.
There were abundant white clouds in the sky
Accumulate
To gather together or acquire an increasing number
Eg. We arrived at the sunny beach and my sister accumulated seashells
At the stationary store, I accumulated pens , erasers and notebooks for school.
Accommodate
Definition
Give somebody a room to stay. Also, a person or thing that changes sth to fit with the wishes or needs of sb or sth. Assist
Example sentence:
At arrival to the hotel, I was accomodated in a large room with views.
The staff at the hotel was most accomodating, making all necessary changes to my room and adapting to my needs.
