Solvent
Able to pay all debts.
Solvency
The ability of a company to meet its financial obligations.
Ancillary
Providing necessary support to the primary activities of an organization.
Example: “the main factory and its ancillary plants.”
Pluralist
Metaphysical, pragmatist view that there is more than one way to conceptualize the world and it’s content.
Axiom
- A premise or starting point of reasoning.
- a premise so evident as to be accepted as true without controversy.

Confidence or trust in a person or thing.
Belief that is not based on proof.

Having the highest rank in the dominance hierarchy.
Most powerful or aggressive.
Omega
The last in a series.
The end.
Mitigate
To lessen.
Make less severe.
Appropriation
An act of a legislature allowing money from the treasury to be paid for a specific use.
Legislature
The branch of govt empowered to make laws (congress) separate from the executive and judicial branches.
Subsidy
Monetary aid from a govt to a private industrial undertaking, a charity organization, etc.
Refugee
A person who flees for refuge or safety, especially to a foreign country. As in a time of political upheaval or war.
Circumvent
To bypass.
